Hello everyone,
The time of the year has come where I complain about the temperatures we are having around here and that we will have to endure for the next few months. While some may not be that much affected by it, me personally, having my workplace at 31ÂșC / 87F is not a great situation, especially because a part of it cannot be cooled down that easily (fight against the burning hot Spanish sun I dare you, ha!). Therefore, it is often that I feel a bit tired doing certain tasks because it is not just the temperature, but the constant heat of the room that ends up making me walk like a zombie.
There are not many issues with materials and the like, printing decals is a bit more challenging at this time, but other than that, one has to be just a bit more careful with these sensible materials.
There has been a lot of work regarding the preparations of the new items. During the past weeks I have been gathering content to show how to remove the printing supports of these new items as well as a quick assembly for the dollies with several videos.
There are some important points I would like to point out:
- The figures will also have an option to be purchased with the printing supports removed, at an additional cost for the task of removing them for you.
- There will be no LD3 containers and wasp dollies for the 1/72 scale. Sometimes I make certain things for what is currently in the market, the LD3 is usually in the belly of widebodies, so I wish there could be such type of plastic-injected models, though they would be huge, I also need to focus where the investment of the items goes into and if people will need it (though there is always to choice to custom print them). So in this case, the AAK containers and their D10 dollies will be available in 1/72 mainly for the 737 (freighter) for which there are amazing 72 scale kits in the market. Shall a plastic injection kit(s) should come out of the Airbus narrowbody family, I will be making the AKH container and their dollies.
I am a bit on hold with the 787 project because the production of new molds (after the new molds for the fuselages were done) will have some cost impact, so I am aiming the new release of all these items (as well as restock of some others) to cover the expenses of this material. As I mentioned in the latest entry, there is no “stuck” point, but just time that has to be dedicated to other things to move forward and keep the wheel turning, by the time the new items are released, the molding phase will continue for the 787.
When will the new items be ready is something I can’t say for sure yet. While I am finishing the packaging of the new items, some like the re issue of the FMC15i cargo loader will need a re arrangement of parts and a new example model that I want to build.
The same applies for the new items which I would like to fully paint to show them completed.
I am half the way done with the third (and for now, last) set of figures. One of them will be carrying a 3 step ladder to reach the GPU access panel. This 3 step ladder will also be available separately, and while I am still perfectioning the printing for optimal results, here is an example of it as well as of a 1/72 scale AAK container and the decals that will be offered for it:

Apologies for the poor quality of the decals photo, these decals will be available for the containers in 1/72, 1/144 and 1/200.

Here is a list of all the new videos that I uploaded on Youtube as a guide, pending still to record the 1/72 D10 dolly set assembly.

Last but not in any means least, I am proud to share another piece of art from my friend Yana. Inspired by one of the characters from the Romance Club “The Parallel Universes Bureau”. Her beautiful strokes are part of my workplace in which I also will be adding aviation photographs and a new commission in due time; a painting of an All Nippon Maintenance worker based on another character from the Romance Club stories. From here sending her the biggest of encouragements to keep on expressing through brushstrokes of color.

Though these leafs are not natural, I hope to add some more plants in my workplace as well, I am really running out of oxygen in those high temps!
Work continues with all these new items, soon I will start the production of them. Together with the release of all these new products and restock of some, there will be a new arrangement of categories at the shop as well as the continuation with the 787 which is by no means stopped, time is always a constant and in these hot temperatures is easy to get overwhelmed, so I am taking one step at a time also not to make any mistakes on the way.
Hope to share more info soon on these ongoing projects.
Best wishes,
Guillem
